We observe and interview team members and gather information that will allow us to customize sessions that will expedite the transition into a highly motivated, effectively communicating team. Information such as hire dates, employment experience, temperament and work preference testing helps us to analyze individuals so that team roles are based on strengths and not just position. We determine what stage your team is in and work to move them into the performing stage extremely quickly.
