We help to get the people in the organization involved in solving their own problems. This is accomplished by first performing an effective diagnosis to determine what needs to be done. Too often leadership has a gut feeling about what the issues or challenges are. This is part of the problem. In an ideal organization, decisions are made where the knowledge resides. We utilize a 10 step process that begins with surveys and interviews that help to identify the issues. The survey itself is crafted by the employees from a bank of over one thousand sample questions designed to measure organizational health. These questions assess 10 areas that are inherent in all organizations. We begin the process by putting the minds of all employees to work and create a culture where this becomes the norm. People will support what they help to create. The final step includes evaluation and adjustment. The employees are involved in each and every step. We will conduct off-site activities in an effort to improve the competence of individuals within the organization however; experience has taught us that competence can be greatly influenced by culture. The environment we create in these isolated training sessions does not mirror the culture of the organization. In order to create the change that will lead to mutual trust and cooperation between employees, greater customer satisfaction, and higher profitability, this competence must be developed within the organization’s culture.  That’s why we effectively integrate the skills and experiences gained into the day to day activities of the staff.
