With over 15 years of training and leadership experience, Michael Baldwin has focused the last 8 years coaching and training individuals and companies to greatness. Specializing in developing leaders and managers for bottom-line results, Mr. Baldwin inspires his clients to take necessary actions immediately. With industry experience ranging from telecommunications product sales, financial services, life, health, property, and casualty insurance, to real estate, Mr. Baldwin works as a performance management consultant/trainer and is extremely familiar with the small business’ and corporate America’s issues and challenges. As a confident, polished, and highly interactive presenter, he presents his rich knowledge in dynamic ways that makes it obvious to his audience the benefits of using his proven tools/principles as well as the specific ways of applying them in pursuit of their goals. Prior to building Making Life Better Solutions, LLC, Mr. Baldwin worked with several fortune 500 companies. Outside of the business arena, he worked as the Chairperson of Hampton VA’s Citizens Unity Commission; an organization that has been instrumental in helping to make Hampton one of the most diversity educated cities in the country. His talents also led to him being selected as chairperson of the Children’s Village section of Norfolk VA’s Afr’Am festival. This is one of the largest African American festivals in the United States attended by over 200,000 people annually.
